PPA Manufacturing: Completion Process
Finally it's time for the final process. The metal rings and mechanism are fitted to the porcelain pieces and glued together to obtain the famous Limoges Hinged and Pill Porcelain Box. Each ring and mechanism only fits the piece it was fitted for, so it is important to keep the pieces in order.
 
Once glued together, a rubber band is put around the Limoges hinged box to keep the parts tight until the glue is dried and that all the parts are well stuck together. Then the Limoges hinged box is dusted and cleaned. It's only after all these steps that the box is inspected to see if it meets PPA high quality standards.
