| Now this is where the magic happens! It is in the painting studio that all the colors appear and bring the objects to life. Seven different steps are necessary for the painting process to be done. It is a hard process because colors change during baking. | |||||||||

The painting
process requires artisans to be very patient and very accurate in
their painting stokes. The piece is painted in different layers
to make sure of the quality and the finesse of the decoration. This
is time consuming and requires extremely skilled painters. |

This is one of the processes that make PPA so different from other Limoges pill box manufacturers. The time taken to paint the object is longer than with others, making the box more detailed than others. Also during this process we are able to personalize the box with an inside inscription. When the painting is complete, the piece is baked again at 900C degrees. | ||||||||
