No returns or refunds are accepted after 7 days. Returned shipping must be paid for and insured by you. In the case of a returned order that included FREE Standard shipping, a $9.00 shipping fee per returned item will be charged to you. No more than 1 exchange per order. There is no charge if we exchange a piece damaged during shipping. All of our shipments are fully insured.
